Dear audience, the regional preliminary of LiuGong's 6th Global Technical Skills Competition 2023 was held in Indonesia for the first time, which served as a platform for skilled technicians to compete in the field of heavy equipment. The winners of the first and second place in the competition will represent Indonesia in the final round at LiuGong's headquarters in China.

PT. LiuGong Machinery Indonesia held the regional preliminary for LiuGong's 6th Global Technical Skills Competition for the first time, providing a broad stage for skilled technicians in construction machinery to showcase their abilities. In my opinion, this is an important investment in human resources and education, with a far-reaching impact on the future. It has promoted the building of consensus on industrial cooperation and trained excellent technicians for enterprises. By collaborating with LiuGong, we are carrying out technology transfer and cultivating local skilled talents in Indonesia.

In addition, by collaborating with LVTC, we also provide human resource reserves for overseas investment enterprises including LiuGong. Overseas enterprises enter Indonesia not only to develop their own business, but also to cooperate with local colleges and universities, especially with vocational schools like Politeknik Negeri Jakarta, planning and cultivating talent resources that can adapt to these industrial fields.

The competition is divided into three rounds. The preliminary round involves a total of 350 participants, and 109 of them will be selected for the regional round. Finally, 24 will enter the national final. Participants will be assessed theoretically and practically, and LiuGong's products will be used for the assessment.

This year marks the 65th anniversary of LiuGong. As a celebration of this special occasion, the Global Technical Skills Competition will further demonstrate LiuGong's commitment to technology and service. We would like to emphasize that spare parts and services, especially services, play an important role as a bridge between customers and OEMs.

In addition to the cash prize, the winners of the first and second place will represent Indonesia in the final round of LiuGong's 6th Global Technical Skills Competition held at LiuGong's headquarters in China in November 2023.
